Tropical Dessert Maki

Maki Rolls
1 mango, peeled, seeded, and sliced into ¼ inch strips
¼ lb. of strawberries, hulled and thinly sliced
4 cups sushi rice
4 sheets of nori (dried seaweed)
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Topping Sauce
½ cup Mascarpone
¼ cup cream
2 sprigs of mint, chopped

Dipping Sauce
¼ pound fresh raspberries
1 cup of Yuzu wine

For directions on how to make a maki roll, just ask us for a technical sheet next time you’re in the store. To make the sauces: In a small bowl combine the Mascarpone, cream, and mint.  Mix until you have an even consistency.  Drizzle the cream on top of the rolls.  In another small bowl, add the raspberries and mash with a fork until pasty.  Add the Yuzu wine and mix well.  Makes 8 rolls.
