Tiramisu Fondue
(serves 4)
1 - 8.8 ounce container E’Piu mascarpone cheese
2 tablespoons Bodegas Barbadillo Pedro Ximenez Extra Rich sherry
1 - 3.5 ounce bar of Valhrona 71% dark chocolate
1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
Place mascarpone cheese in the fondue pot with the sherry. Heat gently until mascarpone melts. Break up the chocolate in small pieces and add to the fondue pot. Continue to heat until chocolate melts. Add coffee granuales and stir until mixture is smooth. Taste the fondue and add sugar if desired. Serve with our Larzaroni Orange biscuits, and chocolate walnut Boston Biscotti.
The Bodegas Barbadillo Pedro Ximenez Extra Rich sherry is the perfect complement to this rich and creamy fondue.
