Welcome to Wine & Cheese by TCC, a fine wine and artisan cheese shop located in the heart of historic downtown Plainfield, IL. Wine and Cheese by TCC started as a pipe dream that became a reality on Friday, August 13, 2004. Yes, it was Friday the 13th, but TCC stands for Two Clueless Chicks - we're commercial bankers converted to wine-geek-wanna-be's and we're too clueless for a superstition like that to make a difference. We've come a long way since opening day, when our products didn't have prices and our cash drawer had no change! Our dream is to provide a haven for other clueless wine and cheese lovers - a place where you feel comfortable asking questions and sharing your experiences and passion for great food and wine.

Sit back, relax, and enjoy a glass of wine in TCC’s intimate and ultra comfortable indoor seating. Or to dine al fresco, take a seat in our expansive 28-seat outdoor café!

Enjoy TCC’s wine and beer by the glass offerings and our eclectic gourmet menu. We have several wines and beers by the glass available daily and you can enjoy any bottle we sell for the retail price plus a corkage fee. Check out our new spring menu of small plates, salads, soups and gourmet sandwiches. Menu selections include a “Build Your Own” Cheese Plate, Chardonnay Shrimp, Roasted Chevre, Salmon Carpaccio, Garlic Herb Flatbread Salad and more. Ask about our weekend specials. You can also get any of our menu items to go. Don’t miss the chocolate raspberry mousse cups or the blue cheese cheesecake for dessert. Chef Jason has a new feature for you each month in our café.  Stop by and enjoy his delicious Spring Greens Salad – perfectly light for these hot summer months.  Fresh spring greens with tomatoes, dried cranberries, St. Peter’s blue cheese, walnuts and red onions tossed with our housemade vinaigrette – delicious!
