Feta & Lemon Olive Oil Pasta

1 pound bowtie pasta
7 ounces Valbreso Feta
1/2 cup basil, chopped
2 TBSP Cassata Lemon Olive Oil
Salt & fresh ground black pepper to taste

Cook pasta according to directions, drain.
While pasta is cooking, combine Feta, basil, olive oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Toss with pasta and serve room temperature or chilled. Tasty & simple!
