Girly Girl Pinot Gris 2010
100% Pinot Gris from the Columbia Valley in Washington. Meet Chloe – with aromas of grapefruit and honey, this wine has flavors of ripe pineapple, melon and peach. Medium-bodied, it has a mouth watering acidity to balance out the tropical flavors. A delicious apéritif or pair with grilled sea bass, sushi, assorted dim sum, charcuterie, Asian cuisine or fresh milk cheeses. Note: Part of the winery’s proceeds are donated to the City of Hope, an organization that helps prevent, detect and treat a variety of women’s cancers.

Boulevard Brewing Company, Kansas City, Missouri - Irish Ale
This is the brewer's spring seasonal beer and their Midwestern tribute to the legendary red ales of old Ireland. The recipe combines six kinds of pale and roasted barley malts to provide a rich, toasty flavor and tawny reddish hue. A medium bodied beer with hints of toasted malt and a moderate floral hop bitterness. Pair with hearty soups, smoked gouda and cheddar cheese. 5.8% abv
